Adventures in the Big Peach

A few weeks back we got delicious meatballs at Costco. They were Teryaki Pineapple Chicken meatballs by Aidell. We baked them in the oven for 11 minutes, then served them on romaine lettuce with shredded broccoli, carrots and cabbage with a drizzle of hosin sauce. What a quick, easy and delicious dinner. We are actually going to have it again this week because they were sooo good!
We also bought Aidell's Jalepeno Mango sausage as well. We've made them so far at a couple tailgates, lunches at work and for a few dinners - they are awesome and easy as well!
